We at Vanilla Blue care about the products that we sell and the service that we offer you. It is important to us that you are happy with your order and the service that you receive.If you have any problems or are dissatisfied with anything then please e-mail us using the contact page.

How to shop
Please browse the shop and add any items that you wish to purchase into the basket. When you are read, click on the checkout button and you will be asked to register before we can complete your order. We accept credit and debit card payments and also Paypal.

Delivery
We will make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, within 1 - 5 days. As soon as your order is dispatched we will email you confirmation.
Delivery is charged at:
£2.95 for orders under £12.00
£4.95 for orders over £12.00
Delivery is free for orders over £100.00
Delivery charges are quoted for the UK. Deliveries to other countries may be possible, but please e-mail for a quote.

Packaging
All goods will be wrapped in clean white tissue and sealed with Vanilla Blue label. Packaging will be recycled where ever possible.

Returns
We hope that you will be pleased with your order, but if for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return the product then please do s0 in its original packaging, unused, within 7 days. Please email debbie@vanillablue.co.uk to indicate whether you require a refund or exchange. We urge you to obtain a certificate of posting [free from the post office] and ensure that you have sufficient insurance cover when returning valuable items. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Returned postage will only be refunded if any of the goods arrive with you damaged or faulty. Any refunds will be completed within 30 days of the goods being returned to us.

Payment is via Paypal a trusted industry leader in fraud protection. With Paypal you can shop online securely and conveniently using your debit, credit or Paypal balance, all without sharing your financial details with the seller.

Privacy
Any information you give us to enable us to fulfill your order is totally secure. We do not sell or rent any information to third parties for marketing or for any other purposes. You can feel confident that we do not disclose your details to anyone unless required by law to do so.
We always remove addresses from our address list if requested to do so.
